Introduction

Welcome to MJ Gissas Design. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

 

Services Offered

  • Website Design and Hosting: Creation and maintenance of websites tailored to client needs.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Strategies to improve website visibility on search engines.

  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Management of paid advertising campaigns.

  • Content Marketing: Development of content strategies to engage target audiences.

  • Social Media Strategy: Planning and execution of social media campaigns.

  • Video Editing: Professional video editing services for various purposes.

 

Scope of Work

A detailed proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be provided for each project. Any changes or additions to the scope must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional fees.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and approvals to facilitate the project’s progress. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline and incur additional costs.

 

Fees and Payment Terms

  • Digital Services (Website Design, SEO, etc.): Fees may be structured as one-time payments or ongoing monthly retainers, as specified in the proposal.

Payments are due within 30 days of invoice issuance. Late payments may result in project delays and incur interest charges.

 

Revisions and Approvals

The proposal will specify the number of revisions included. Additional revisions beyond this allocation will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

 

Confidentiality

All client information and materials are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as necessary to perform our services.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients are granted a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose. MJ Gissas Design retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and marketing materials.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

 

Limitation of Liability

MJ Gissas Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

Amendments

MJ Gissas Design reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
